Funding For Elderly In Minnesota To Fight Bed Bugs

A change in guidelines from the Department of Human Services will help disabled, elderly residents in Minnesota with the high costs of dealing with bed bugs.The Department of Human Services in Minnesota made the decision to allow funding to be used for bed bug removal for low-income, high-risk elderly individuals.  The cost of extermination and disposal of household furniture will now be included in expenses covered in waiver programs.
